Another thing I wish I had started earlier in life – strength training. I’ve always been a chronic and habitual speed walker and yogi and as the opportunities permit, swimmer and skiier but I never really did strength training. From time to time here and there just for fun, but never really understanding how much better it made me look, feel and move through life.
Muscle mass is so important especially as we get older and almost daily cardio and nautilus machines are a regular part of my life.
I am not an expert my any means and my muscle mass is no where near what I want, but I follow a lot of great instagram influencers and learn a lot about supplments and goal setting from my husband.
I’ll share my findings, insights and accomplishments here. Also, I’ll save this little slice of my blog for favorite exercise gear.
