November Roundup!
November is about cold rain, short days/long nights, the first thoughts of holiday gifts, and ensuring they arrive on time.
But, I have to say, I’m tired! I found myself gravitating towards all of those Instagram posts about this spray or that face thing or what teas or….
I’m doing well with my language learning, exercise, and kettlebells, but the last frontier is definitely sleep! I really need to start sleeping better. So November is officially my attempt to try all the lotions, potions, tips, and tricks for better Zzz’s.
Naturally, in keeping with a sleepy theme, I’m looking at cozy clothes, velvet and corduroy, slippers, and comfortable footwear. Warm socks and lovely sweaters, pom pom hats, scarves, and gloves. Anything that reminds me to stay in a restful and cozy state of mind.
