Down on the Delta Style: Vegan Paella Dinner Style
The Delta Del Ebro is one of the most important rice production regions in Spain. And where there is rice, there is Paella! Historically, paella consists of a variety of seafood or meat, but there are some restaurants in the Delta that create delicious vegan paellas. We were lucky enough to try one on our last visit, and can’t wait to go back for more.
So, what to wear to these lovely restaurants? Some are chic and upscale, others have more of a tavern motif, but all are serving the very best of this Spanish culinary tradition.
