There are so many great Vegan and Vegetarian restaurants in Rome. When I traveled there in 2017 – Ops! Vegan Restaurant was the standout favorite. I remember asking them a few times if the food was vegan as it was so delicious. However, my husband was recently in Rome and found these tasty gems.
